Allevyn™ Composite
Foam Dressing 4" x 4"
The Allevyn™ Composite Foam Dressing is made of a highly absorbent foamed polyurethane gel with a film top layer.
The foam dressing is lightly adhesive to dry skin and cushions wounded skin. This foam dressing can be used with compression therapy.
The outer layer has a breathable film layer. This allows the formation and maintenance of a moist wound healing
environment at the wound surface, preventing eschar formation. The film is also waterproof and
bacteria proof.
Allevyn™ dressings absorb exudates and ensure minimal mess at dressing changes. Dressing changes are therefore easier for the caregiver
and less traumatic for the patient; wound irrigation can be kept to a minimum. The progression of exudates is visible through the opaque dressing.

Allevyn™ Thin Dressing 2" x 2 3/8"
Allevyn™ Thin is a sterile wound dressing made of polyurethane matrix and a polyurethane top-film; semi-transparent film. Allevyn™ Thin is self-adhesive, flexible and highly conformable while maintaining a moist wound environment. Does not adhere to the wound and adheres well to dry, intact skin. Used for the management of surface wounds with low to moderate exudate. Sterile.

Combines a centrally located absorbent hydrocellular polyurethane pad sandwiched between a perforated adhesive wound contact layer and a waterproof outer film. Low allergy adhesive eliminates rolling at dressing edges and keeps dressing securely in place without affecting surrounding skin. Sterile.
